1. Purpose
These terms of use govern your use of https://learn.ouerfelli-raed.com (the "Platform"), with or without a purchase. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept them. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of sale.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep access to your mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- One account per person. Give accurate information.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- You can sign out of all your devices and delete your account from your account page. Deleting your account ends your access to your courses.
3. Your licence to the courses
When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to watch and read it for your own learning, for the duration of your access. You may apply what you learn in your own personal or professional work.
4. What you must not do
- Share your account, your sign-in links or your access with anyone else.
- Download, record, copy, publish, resell, rent or redistribute course videos, texts or files, in whole or in part, including in private groups.
- Use course content to create a competing course or product, or to train an artificial intelligence model.
- Bypass or try to bypass access controls, or collect content automatically (scraping).
- Disrupt the Platform, test its security without our written permission, or use it for anything illegal.
5. Notes and questions
- Your notes are private: only you can see them.
- Questions and answers on a lesson are visible to everyone who has access to that lesson, and to the instructor. Your name from your account page is shown with your posts; if you leave it empty, "Student" is shown. Your email is never shown.
- Be respectful and stay on topic. No spam, advertising, insults, harassment, illegal content, other people's personal data, or course content from paid lessons outside the Platform.
- We may hide posts that break these rules and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend the account.
- You keep the rights to what you write. You allow us, free of charge and worldwide, to display your questions and answers on the Platform for as long as the lesson is online, including after you delete your account, in which case they are shown without your name.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform belongs to IMAGINARIA CODE LAB or its licensors. These terms give you no rights other than those in section 3. Brand names and logos must not be used without written permission.
7. Suspension
If you break these terms, in particular by sharing your access or redistributing content, we may suspend or end your access after informing you, or immediately in serious cases, without a refund except where the law requires one.
8. Changes to the Platform and to these terms
We may change the Platform and these terms. We will tell you by email before an important change to these terms takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Platform and delete your account.
9. Liability and law
Section 9 (liability) and section 11 (governing law and disputes) of the Terms of sale also apply to these terms of use.
